I had my girlfriend bid on PL (for her 1st time) for a 3* Calgary while on a roadtrip since I didn't have net access where I was (would've used the BB link if I could have) starting @ $65 in Calgary South. Accepted Holiday Inn Macleaod Trail. It was about 1/2 the retail nightly price, so I was ok with getting it on the first bid. Nice place, easy to find, super-friendly staff in the middle of the night and free internet access included with the room.
