Colfax
Welcome to BetterBidding! What are your travel dates?I am scared to put USW because I don't want to get the HiltonThe Hilton is in USW zone. The only way to be sure you won't get it is to not bid that zone. Please use these HOTWIRE and PRICELINE links for your purchases. Link to comment

slruud
Hotwire currently has a 4* in USE for $119/nite, so you should be able to get something on Priceline for $100 or less. Good luck. Link to comment
thereuare
mafaldaccs,Have you already bid up to $100 (mentioned in your topic title) or is that your maximum bid but haven't gone that high yet? If the latter, what is your maximum bid for this stay? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. AaronJB
Sorry to hear that your bids have not yet been accepted! :)With a 4* in USE showing for $142 for these dates, I think you're not far off and a win is probably likely in the $125-130 range, although possibly at $120. What would be your desired max budget per night for this stay?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
mafaldaccs
AaronJB,Max $120-130, any advices? thx Link to comment
AaronJB
You've already bid up to $115; I would continue to move up by $5's to $120, $125 and then $130 using your re-bid zones. Hopefully your bid will be accepted before getting to the $130 point. Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
ladybugsea
I'm having a similar issue. For the past three days I've gone up to $100 for 4* USE. HOTWIRE has one for $113 for my dates, I don't get it. Link to comment
thereuare
ladybugsea,Pirce.line is usually cheaper then HOTWIRE... but not always. However, more importantly, is that both services don't necessarily assign hotels the same star rating... do you know if the 4* hotel offered by HOTWIRE is also rated 4* by PRICELINE? (or that the HOTWIRE offering even partipcates with PRICELINE)This discussion should probably best be handled as a continuation of your existing Priceline San Francisco Hotel thread. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
