Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 4* Dupont and White House area hotels please

Hello! Thanks for all you do on this website. All of the info is so informative. Could i please have help identifying the following hotels - all are for the date of 7/31/2010-8/1/2010?

1. 4* for $95-the white house-capitol hill: amenities are fitness, restaurant, business center, internet and spa. it is recommended in 90% of hotwire customers. i didn't see any hotels in your hotel threat you pinned that fit this description (unless i missed it!).

2. 4* for $113 -dupont circle-embassy row:amenities are non-smoking, fitness, restaurant, business center and hi-speed internet. it's recommended in 95% of hotwire customers.

Unfortunately, the 4* White House has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. The 4* Dupont would be a match for the Dupont Hotel.

Happy to help! The 4* Dupont would be a possible match for the Palomar or Dupont, but the tripadvisor rating showing (4/5) would suggest the Dupont.

Question - there is no way for me to tell on hotwire whether the room you are getting allows pets, right? that might present a problem for me!

Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee a pet-friendly hotel via either service (although it would be nice if HOTWIRE had a new "pet-friendly" icon, unfortunately they do not.) If you do decide to book regular rate, 10SPRING is a coupon for Expedia.com that takes $10 off per night from most hotels.

To close the loop on this one in case anyone checks out this thread, I ended up not bidding on any rooms because I had to have a room that would allow a pet. I don't always travel with a pet, so in the future, I will be back to share bid info with everyone.
