geglintine Posted July 26, 2010 Report Posted July 26, 2010 We are travelling to Paris for one night as a family of 4. Is it correct that we can have 2 rooms as long as long as there is one adult in each room? We want to use PRICELINE rather than HOTWIRE.
thereuare Posted July 26, 2010 Report Posted July 26, 2010 Yes, that is correct.Which zones and star level are you considering? What is your expected budget for this stay? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
geglintine Posted July 26, 2010 Author Report Posted July 26, 2010 Thanks. We are staying for one night on 7th August and want to go for a 4 or 5 star hotel but as yet I am unsure as to which area to choose. Any suggestions?
thereuare Posted July 26, 2010 Report Posted July 26, 2010 Since your time is limited, i would make a list of things you'd like to do and determine a rough itinerary to see all the sights u want in a systematic matter... then choose a zone that is central to your itinerary. If you enter "Paris" (without the quotes) into the QUICK SEARCH box at the top of the page you can get a feel for which zones are bid more frequently then others. Some of the popular zones include Champs Elysees-Opera Quarter West, St. Germain-Latin Quarter-Montparnasse, and Eiffel Tower-Port De Versailles-Montparnasse (although some consider parts of this last zone to be a bit out of the way)Let us know once you decide upon your zones, star rating and budget and we'll be in a better position to advise accordingly. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
