Internet prepaid price was $69. Started at $45. Was immediately offered a re-bid offer at $55. Usually you can bid $3-$5 higher on your next re-bid and get the room. This time I went to $48 and added $1 at a time on re-bids until my $52 offer was accepted. This is a hot time of year to be in Phoenix, but this hotel has great pools and the rooms are generally in very good shape for an older property. Our family always enjoys this hotel.
