Priceline Hotel: NYC 4*-3.5* bidding strategy

HI,

Looking for help for a bidding strategy for NYC from Sept 18 -21, 2010. I am interested in 4* or 3.5* MTW, MTE, TS or ESB (order of preference). Maximum $200 (+taxes). Any help is appreciated.

Few questions in order to suggest a strategy based upon your needs...

Are you willing to pay more for a 4* vs. a 3.5* OR is your goal the least expensive 3.5* or better for this stay? At the 3.5* level i assume you're ok if you land the Millennium UN (~15 minute walk to the subway)? Is there a reason you're avoiding the CPS zone? (if you decide to include this zone, at the 3.5* level are you ok with Hudson Hotel (very small rooms)) At the 3.5* level what about the MSG zone?
