sherlzperl Posted July 24, 2010 Report Posted July 24, 2010 I would like to stay at the Marriott. It appears to be listed as a Resort on Priceline. Bookit.com has this hotel for $157 per night and Travelocity shows it for $175 per night(includes breakfast for 2). What would you suggest as Priceline bidding strategy. I'd like to get it for around $100 per night. Also, do you know if there are any other hotels in the resort category. I was hoping that Marriott was the only one, as it is the only one shown in the priceline hotel list on the priceline website. Thanks so much for your help.
thereuare Posted July 25, 2010 Report Posted July 25, 2010 Welcome to BetterBidding! As per the comments at the top of the Priceline Hotel List, the list is only a compilation of hotels reported to the board... there could always be others not yet known, newly added to the system, or at another star level and has been ugpraded/downgraded since them. Are you willing to accept any hotel at the Resort level in this zone or do you only want to stay at the Marriott? What would be your maximum bid for a resort class hotel in this zone? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
