1st bid - 4* $55 - denied

rebid in increments of $5 to $70 - all denied

Lowered Rating to 3.5* and bid $55 - denied

rebid (by adding an area with no 3.5*) at $60 - PL offered a free rebid if I added $15

I declined the offer and rebid myself at $65 - accepted (Note - The last time they offered room to me for $15 more it only took $5 as well)

3 nights @ $65 + $38.55 taxes and fees = total $233.55 ($77.85 per night)

Only downfall is there is no pool and only valet parking:(. Does anybody know if there is a self park anywhere near this hotel?

You can enter the hotel address to find city owned lots in the area: Philadelphia Parking

There is plenty of self parking in that area, but it is only going to be about $5 less than the valet at the Warwick & at the Warwick you can leave your car until 5pm on the day of checkout for no extra $$$
