Hotwire Hotel: 3* New Orleans - French Quarter

I'm looking at a 3 star hotel ($59) in New Orleans (French Quarter) on HOTWIRE for 8/6 to 8/8 Amenities listed are fitness center, pool, restaurant, laundry, and internet. I'm guessing Holiday Inn Chateau LeMoyne but I'm getting mixed amenities listings from other posts. Can you help me figure this out?

Also, any advice on PRICELINE bidding for a 3 or 4 star hotel in the same area and time?

I don't think this is the Holiday Inn Chateau Lemoyne. My guess would be Holiday Inn French Quarter.

If you would like to get help with a bidding strategy so please post your budget/night for 3* vs. 4*. Is French Quarter the only zone you're willing to stay in?
