From the list on this forum, I think would be the Monticello Inn. But when I search for it on TA, it shows me reviews from Hotel Abri -Union Square, A Larkspur Collection Hotel... Is this the new name for the Monticello?

Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness

...which does not match the amenities of the HOTWIRE offer above. This could be a new amenity combination for this property, but it could also just as easily be a new Boutique property not yet reported to the board.
