Hotwire Hotel: Newport Beach - Huntington Beach 4* and 5* 7/23

I am looking at two hotels in this area

5* smoke free, fitness, restaurant, business center, hi speed, golf nearby, spa for $165

and

4* resort, near beach, oceanfront, fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, hi-speed for $157

My guess is the 4* is the HB Hilton or Hyatt??? Any idea on the 5*?

When I go further it also shows golf, spa and children's activities, so my guess is the Hyatt.

What about the 5*? Any idea on that?

I agree the best guess for the 4* is the Hyatt... the 5* has not yet been reported to the board, but the Island Hotel Newport Beach would be a guess for that one.
