This HOTWIRE property matches the Roosevelt Hotel, Doubletree Metropolitan and the Hilton Manhattan East... so any of these would be my best guess for this one.

I booked this 3 1/2 star hotel in midtown East on Nov.16 th for $179 and it was the UN Millenium Hotel

I'm guessing that the hotel you actually booked also showed a Pool icon which is not indicated in the OP"s amenity list above... can you please double check the amenities of your purchase by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.
