I need advice for a bid strategy for a hotel in SOHO or Financial district (preferred) or Chelsea, Empire State, Midtown or Times Square.

We want to go from 21-23rd of July 3* or 4* would be great.

Are you willing to accept a hotel anywhere within the boundaries of the Downtown zone? What is more important, price or zone location? Are you willing to pay more for a hotel in the Downtown zone vs. the others?

Are you willing to pay more for a 4* vs. a 3* or is your goal the least expensive 3* or better for this stay? What about 3.5*, does that come into play anywhere?
