It would be a logical guess as i don't believe the Tremont has its own Fitness center ad guess have access to the Westin's Fitness Center (which does look quote nice) down the road. HOTWIRE's fitness icon does say "access to Fitness equipment", but if they received enough complaints from unsuspecting guests they may have removed it from the listing.

With the above noted, i wouldn't bet the ranch either as there are likely other hotels in the city which meet the Boutique with Restaurant description.
