I have a 3 star in downtown Cincinnatti on Hotwire for 22 Jul offered at $65. It is suggesting it is a longer stay boutique hotel with fitness center, business centre and restaurant, laundry facillities, wireless internet (at a price) and kitchenettes. Any thoughts on this beast - perhaps the Extended Stay American - Covington.

I did the continue thing and the only addition was a children's activity program - does that help ?

Thanks for the info. I went back to HOTWIRE and the offer was gone so I went and booked a Garfield 2 bedroom suite for $129 which suits us fine as we needed 2 rooms for our group and this is the same price as 2 at $65.

Thanks for the hint. I went to the Expedia site and found the same deal than realized I need the room for 21 Jul not 22nd. When I put in for the 22nd, the $130 price came up - not sure why the wild price difference but will continue to monitor the site and price as I can cancel up to 4pm on the day of the reservation.
