Looking at 5*, strip North Area hotel. For 8/6 to 8/9 (August). $132/night.

Casino, fitness, pool, restaurants, business center, gold near, tennis near, spa.

No resort fee according to HOTWIRE (might rule some out? hard to tell anymore).

rating of ~4 on Trip Advisor comes up.

95% of customers reccommend. Condition 5.0, QoS 4.5, Comfort 4.5, Clean 5.0, Location 4.5

Anything this could be that I would _not_ want? (off strip). Got casino...

Looks like this was similar, and was Wynn...

MGM Grand (direct booking) comes out at $425, so just looking for something that I'd be at least as happy with for the $450 this will run....like, nothing off-strip (Trump, Westin) or without casino (which this cannot be, of course).

Changing from Aug 6-8 yields a choice for 94/night with identical statistics to above. (same amenities, and user ratings - 95%, and same split of 5,4.5 for detailed ratings).

Vegas getting _more_expensive on a Sunday night? Wierd...

but that is assuming the stats above indicate its the same place, which is not certain is it.

Getting closer to taking the 2 nights for 94 and finding something else Sunday night (which should be easy and cheap...). The 3@132 means that 3rd night would really be costing me > $200...

Hell yeah, Wynn. 94/night. Friday/Saturday. 8/6 to 8/8. Hotwired. Nothing for Sunday yet, but I have $200 left for not taking the 3-day offer. Sheesh.
