Priceline Hotel: JFK Hotel, 9/1 - 9/3

I would like to bid on a 3* hotel near JFK Airport, but I am scared that I will get the $95 Plaza Hotel. Based on the latest reviews, it seems that I should stay elsewhere. Is there a current list of Priceline Hotels that will accept Name Your Own Price?
