heather903 Posted July 18, 2010 Report Posted July 18, 2010 This was a fantastic place to stay. We had a total of 4 rooms and one did have the toilet overflow, but the staff took care of it right away and got us another room. It was nicely decorated (although the exact same picture of a little boy was above every desk in every room) and clean. The beds were a little smaller than any other double bed I've seen in a hotel, (rooms had 2 double beds) but they were comfortable. It had a TV with several channels to choose from, an ironing board and iron in every room, and several pillows on each bed. The view was of the interstate, but that was fine with me because I couldn't hear the traffic even though it was right off of the interstate. They had complimentary beer and wine on the first night we stayed at the front desk. They offered a fabulous complimentary breakfast with the typical muffins and bagels, waffles and cereal, but also had hot choices like omelets, fried potatoes, sausage pattties and french toast sticks, as well as fresh fruit, yogurt, and several varieties of juices. The pool was a typical hotel sized swimming pool and the hot tub was large and wonderful. The workout room seemed small, but it had a stationary bike, eliptical machine, and a treadmill.Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the price I got it for ($54 per night on Hotwire - regularly $119).
