canuck25 Posted July 18, 2010 Report Share Posted July 18, 2010 On July 2, I used PRICELINE to book the 2.5* Courtyard Marriott (Boston Logan Airport) for July 14th, at $80.I'd increased my bids by $5 increments, starting at $55, and finally snagged it at $80. Here's how I bid:June 30th, 1st bid: $55 for 2.5* in LoganJune 30th, 2nd bid: $60 for 2.5* in Logan OR FenwayJuly 1st, 1st bid: $65 for 2.5* in Logan July 1st, 2nd bid: $70 for 2.5* in Logan OR FenwayJuly 2nd, 1st bid: $75 for 2.5* in Logan July 2nd, 2nd bid: $80 for 2.5* in Logan OR Fenway (SUCCESSFUL)Hope this helps!
