I think this is a great result! It's an easy walk from the Hyatt to the Courtyard, and this Courtyard is in a terrific location. There's a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife nearby, and there's a Red Line subway station a couple of blocks North. Additionally, from a price standpoint, this is a fantastic deal - $279 per night is the regular rate showing on the hotel website.

Finally, this is a very nice Courtyard property, as well. If you can request a high floor room facing West or East you may get some nice (if possibly partial) views of the surrounding area.
