Priceline Hotel: Question about 2.5* Holiday Inn Logan Airport

I want to bid for a 2.5* at Logan Airport in hopes of getting either the Comfort Inn or Hampton Inn. (Don't mind if I get upgraded to 3*, as I could live with any of those.)

However, I'm a bit nervous as I see on the Priceline list there is also a 2.5* Holiday Inn, which I think is probably now the Fairfield Inn (which I really don't want), as when you click on the Tripadvisor link, that's what comes up. But the Fairfield Inn is also listed as a 2*, so I'm confused.

Can anyone clarify this for me please.

I believe the above is correct and while doing research for another user yesterday i had updated the Priceline Hotel List... i don't believe there is currently a Holiday Inn in this zone any longer... but note that in addition to the other properties you mentioned, the Courtyard Airport is also rated 2.5* now.
