Priceline Hotel: Trying to get 3.5* in Milwaukee downtown 8/21-8/23

Trying to get the Hyatt in downtown Milwaukee but unable to do so despite three days of bidding so far. Am I too far out ?

I actually thought maybe this was the time of the Wisconsin State Fair, but that is earlier in the month. Still, it would appear that something may be going on on these dates, as rates do look noticeably higher (3.5-4*'s between around 140-180 +/- regular rate) than normal levels. Please provide your desired budget per night for hotel and we would be happy to offer suggestions on how to proceed.
