The 4* Downtown-Soho property has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. The 4* TS property could be the W Times Square or Westin TS. Are you looking to be in a particular area, or are you flexible? There are a number of hotels regular rate at or bellow the $250 price range around the city at the 4* level, if you would like to ensure something specific, and Expedia coupon code 10SPRING should work for $10 off per night.
