:) First time user - Looking for two rooms on Tues 20 Jul Have following option on hotwire:

Downtown

3* fitness center, pool, restaurant $53.

Any thoughts ?

Unfortunately, this listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. It may be the Crowne Plaza downgraded to 3* from 3.5*, one of the previously reported 3*'s hiding some of the amenities it has been previously reported with (see the site's Hotwire Hotel List for Miissouri.), or possibly something new.

thanks for the quick reply. While I was waiting, I went through the board's PRICELINE link and bid$50 then $55 for a 3* or better and got accepted by the Millenium Hotel St Louis. It has the same amenities and I am thinking this is the same hotel as the HOTWIRE Listing. It is right across the street from Busch Stadium so we are in a perfect location for going to the Cardinals game that night.

Checked into the Millenium St Louis this pm and very happy with the rooms for the price ($55). Hotel is one block from Busch Stadium so we can walk. There is a $18/day parking charge at the multi-story park across the street from the hotel but they are now offering free internet so that was a bonus.
