Hotwire Hotel: Toronto Downtown West 4* $ 99/night?

I so, SO don't want to screw this up...it's our first time away from the kids in years, and I want everything to be perfect... (but at the same time, cheap!)

Hotwire is offering a 4* hotel with pool, restaurant, internet etc in Downtown West for $99...any ideas? I am from the pen and paper era, so not too savy with this stuff. and in need of help trying to determine the hotel...

And btw, does parking usually cost extra? What about high speed? Any other costs we should know about?
