In the past I have bid as high as $102. Started bid @ $81Added Ihilani @ $83Added N. Shore @ $85Added zone with no resorts @ $87Added zone with no resorts @ $88Added zone with no resorts @ $89Added zone with no resorts @ $90Added Wakiki Marina @ $91I will probably make a reservation that can be canceled and keep trying PRICELINE.

thereuare Posted July 14, 2010 Report Posted July 14, 2010 I assume that Ihilani, North Shore and the Marina zones are all acceptable to you (as neither are re-bid zones when bidding Resort in Waikiki Beach)Also, note that there is a risk in overbidding by adding the Marina zone (a "live" zone at the Resort level) at the end of your bidding.If you'd like help with a bidding strategy let us know which zone(s) you're willing to accept a Resort rated hotel and we'll advise accordingly.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
