There are tons of rebids for 3.5 stars in the Northern Virginia area so I did my best to get the lowest price.

1. $40 rejected

2. $45 Offered free rebid if I increased to $55

3. $47 Again offered free rebid if I increased to $57

4. $49 Accepted!
