Tinabull Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 Hi everyoneI'm looking for some advice on the best bidding strategy for 2 rooms in a 4 star hotel for 3 nights 18th April to 21st April. The maximum I'd like to pay is $85 before taxes etc. Preferably not in the Wharf area, ideally Embarcadero.I can see several winning bids around this price but I wonder if it is a little too early for me to try.ThanksTina :)
thereuare Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 If your plans are firm i don't think it's too early too bid, for if you are successful at $85 or less, i don't think there is too much risk in having overbid. If you go to PRICELINE what are the zones, by PRICELINE name, that you are willing to accept?Let us know the above and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
