Ok, this took forever to get! I originally really wanted Downtown area and bid everyday for almost a week starting 7/6/10 for my October dates... I finally ended up moving to the Central area when the prices started getting more than I really wanted.

Here is my strategy:

Austin Downtown:

4* $70.00 rejected, added 3.5* $70 rejected

4* $80.00 rejected, added 3.5* $75 rejected

4* $91.00 rejected, added 3.5 $80 rejected

4* & 3.5* $75 rejected, added 3* $55 rejected

Austin Central

3* $40 rejected

3* $45 rejected - then they gave me the option to bid at least $10 more and immediately bid again, I took this offer and bid $55 and it was accepted.
