rayrios16 Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 I started bidding all the 4 stars in Dupont Circle, Georgetown and Downtown area up to $90 and nothing was coming up for the dates of my stay.I even selected the 3.5 star category and got nothing. However, i added a re-bid zone and increased my bid to $95 and got the Washington Marriott.I was really surprised that for a recent post with similar dates of my stay, someone got the same hotel i did for $65 a night!Total for 4 nights came up to $445 with taxes and fees. Retail rates for the dates of my stay are $269 per night. I guess i got a tremendous deal!I used the PRICELINE link provided in this forum. Thanks.
