Hotwire Hotel: 3* Lakeland La Quinta Inn and Suites

Before I found this wonderful site, I booked a hotel on Hotwire in Lakeland. We are taking our son to visit Florida Southern College and were hoping for the Hyatt which is near the school. I didn't know what I was doing and when I saw "3 stars" I thought for sure that would be the Hyatt because there are so few hotels in Lakeland. Well, it turned out to be the LaQuinta Inn and Suites (off I-4) - which other sites (Trip Advisor) rate as a 2 1/2 star. Anyway, it will probably be fine, but it wont be all that close to the school! I am so glad a friend told me about this website for my future bookings!
