kato604 Posted July 11, 2010 Report Posted July 11, 2010 3 star, two nights, starting July 12th. $56 per nightAmenities:ShuttleFitnessHi-Speed InternetBusinessRecommended in 90 % of Hotwire customer reviews With such a high customer recommendation rating, I was expecting Hyatt Place or Aloft but was given the Radisson. Needless to say, it was a shock and disappointment. I made my purchase largely on the recommendation rating. I doubt that the Radisson earned a 90% rating. Either Hotwire made a mistake or they are trying to mislead.I noticed afterward that this is not the first time it has happened.http://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?sho...isson++portlandWhat can be done about this? Any recommendations? I have already called Hotwire - the rep said that she can't confirm or look up the recommendation rating of the Radisson and that I'm stuck with what I've got. :)

CAB99338 Posted July 24, 2010 Report Posted July 24, 2010 This happened to me as well, a few weeks ago. I booked PDX Cascade Station:Amenities:ShuttleFitnessHi-Speed InternetBusinessRecommended in 90% of Hotwire customer reviewsI was sure it was the Aloft, but I too, got the Radisson. I was quite disappointed, however, it was just for one night. The staff was very friendly, and the room was only a bit worn, but otherwise quite nice and clean.
