With such a high customer recommendation rating, I was expecting Hyatt Place or Aloft but was given the Radisson. Needless to say, it was a shock and disappointment. I made my purchase largely on the recommendation rating. I doubt that the Radisson earned a 90% rating. Either Hotwire made a mistake or they are trying to mislead.

I noticed afterward that this is not the first time it has happened.

What can be done about this? Any recommendations? I have already called Hotwire - the rep said that she can't confirm or look up the recommendation rating of the Radisson and that I'm stuck with what I've got. :)

Sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the result. You could try again and write HOTWIRE a letter regarding the disappointment with the rating.

I was sure it was the Aloft, but I too, got the Radisson. I was quite disappointed, however, it was just for one night. The staff was very friendly, and the room was only a bit worn, but otherwise quite nice and clean.
