Bid $30 for 3* in zone 9 (airport), offered immediate re-bid if I added $10-40 to my bid, decided instead to add zone 3 (convention center) as that was an acceptable location as well for my needs and continued with 3* level and bid $35. Offer accepted. Taxes and fees were $26.88.
