TA now lists it as 4*, and looking for an upcoming trip, a 4* for 27th-29th August I found a hotel with Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access Tennis Nearby Also has a listing of 3 on TA once you click CONTINUE. Checked TA and they list the Hyatt with 3/5. They want $139 on Hotwire. Since I can book Le Meridien for less and collect the points, I'll pass on this one, but thought you might want to know it looks like a change. Maybe Priceline will move it to a 4* as well?
