Using your PRICELINE link, bid on a 3* Duluth starting at $76. Not accepted, but got an offer for a free rebid [same zone, date and star ] at $91. Since there 2 more free rebid zones, I tried Duluth South at $83 [not accepted] and then put in third zone, Superior WI for the $91 and got the Radisson.

I have never had them come back with a free rebid offer. Interesting.
