Hotwire Hotel: 4* Toronto (Downtown East) Marriott Bloor Yorkville

Hello,

I'm planning a trip to Toronto, and looking at hotels through HOTWIRE,, i saw 2 options, both 4 stars, however one in east and one in west.. here are the details of each:

4* downtown West:

Price: $119

Amenities: Gym, Pool, Restaurant, Business Centre, Internet

4* downtown East West:

Price: $113

Amenities: Gym, Restaurant, Business Centre, Internet

By the way, is it fine to wait till like 3 days before and then book? will prices change? will there be more options later on, perhaps when this weekend passes?

Which one are you seeing in West, and which in East?

There is no way to know if rates will rise/fall between now and your date/s of travel, but rates can certainly go up and/or listings showing now may change.

The 119 is West and the 113 is East (which is now 114, i just checked !!)

HOTWIRE will only show one hotel in each zone at each star level, so while the offerings may change on a later search, there will still only be one hotel at that star rating offered in the given zone.

by the way, i just checked again.. the west hotel is now $109 - could it be the same one and dropping in price?

The Downtown East property matches previous reports for the Sutton Place Hotel so that would be my best guess for that one.

The Downtown West hotel matches multiple properties as the Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental, and Sheraton have all been seen with this amenity class in the past, so any of these would be my best guess.

I will be making my booking tonight (or tomorrow latest).. it seems that the offerings have changed..

this is what i got:

Date: 16/07 - 18/07

4* downtown Toronto EAST

price: $116

Ameneties: no smoking, gym, resto, business centre, laundry facility, internet.

4* downtown WEST is gone :)

please let me know what you think.. and if it changes when you check it, please give me an advice.. any suggestion would be great.
