I would be interested in bidding on PRICELINE as well if that yields better results. Any advice would be appreciated.

Please follow-up your previous Hotwire Rome thread with whatever you ended up doing for that stay... then bump this thread and we'll have a look at the above.

Allways follow-up your threads with whatever you end up doing, even if you chose to book direct, cancell your trip, etc.

I replied to the Rome thread. Thanks. The timing was so close on that trip that when I didn't get any bidding advice I went ahead and booked my backup reservation. Sorry to have forgotten to followup.

I'm ok with paying a bit higher for a hotel that I can identify. So, Hotwire is fine.

If you know of any hotels that have won on Priceline in the past, I would be interested in learning their names, however. I could not find any on the list. Thank you.

The Holiday Inn has been reported by priceline as being received in the Cambridge (North) zone.

Unfortunately we have not seen any hotels reported to the board in this area via HOTWIRE.

Guess 4* would be Doubletree by Hilton.

Guess 3.5* could be Crowne Plaza. Not popular with hotwire guests.

Guess 3* would be Holliday Inn or possibly the HI Express.

I don't believe the Holiday Inn serves a Complimentary Breakfast so i don't believe this property would be a likely candidate as this offering (although the Holiday Inn Express does offer a breakfast so that would still be a possibility)
