Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* July 17-18

Im looking for a 4 star or higher on July 17 to July 18. Hotwire gives me two 4.5*, one in Dupont that is a boutique, with fitness, business, restaurant, and nearby tennis courts. Fairfax maybe? The other 4.5* is in the capital hill area, amenities include smoke free, business, fitness, restaurant, internet and spa. Any idea what these might be?

White House/Cap Hill 4.5* = likely Intercontinental

Dupont 4.5* = likely Fairfax
