Any ideas???????? It's missing the Tennis so I don't think it's the HI Select.

The Sheraton Downtown has previously been seen with the amenities of the 3.5* property above, but it was last reported to the board at the 4* level... a guess would be that it was downgraded??

The 3* property has not yet been reported to the board and with just a solo Internet icon it could be just about anything in the zone.
