What about the 4.5* I listed above as well? It shows a price of $189. Ammenities are: non smoking, fitness, pool, restaurant, internet, spa

The 3* shows: price: $139, resort, studio, fully-equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, air conditioning, fitness center, pool(s), 24 hour front desk, laundry facilities, golf nearby, tennis nearby, condo.
