niktheprof Posted July 5, 2010 Report Posted July 5, 2010 I bid on priceline for 3.5* in Downtown Pittsburgh and won Doubletree Downtown for $80 on 6/29/10. Initially bid for 4* but was unsucessful. Bid 65 for 3.5* and was told if I upped the bid to between $80-115, it might be accepted. Success! Love Priceline! Doubletree accomodated my request for a hypo-allergenic room also. The housekeeping staff was extraordinarily nice in changing the linens. :)
