Hotwire Hotel: Please help i.d. USC hotel

Please help i.d. 3* Mid-Wilshire-Westlake-USC area hotel. Amenities: Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High Speed Internet. Hotwire lists it for $59 for 9/11 -9/12. It was recommended 40% according to Hotwire. :)

We thought this might be the Radisson, but according to Radisson's website the hotel is sold out for that date. (USC vs UVA football game).

Please follow-up your previous Hotwire Hawaii thread with whatever you ended up doing for that stay... then bump this thread and we'll have a look at the above.

Thanks for updating the Hawaii thread, sgaz.

The Hotwire hotel has a 3/5 TripAdvisor rating. Radisson Midtown is only 2.5/5 on TripAdvisor. I guess that low rating doesn't matter when USC's playing at home.

My best guess: The Wilshire Hotel at 3515 Wilshire Blvd. (Not to be confused with the Wilshire Grand downtown.)

Ended up booking at new JW Marriott LA Live on phone with Marriott agent.

Swanky new hotel. Got a Grand Opening rate of $199 including breakfast. This was some time ago. We have looked at that hotel recently and the rooms are much more expensive and the hotel can be full on the weekends.
