amenities = Casino, fitness centre, pool, restraunt, business centre, internet, golf nearby and tennis near by.

Also states location las vegas strip - south area hotel and specifies no resort fee

please could you help identify the hotel?

Also, does this listing specifically state "No Resort Fee" or are you basing the lack of a resort fee on the basis that no fee is listed?

This is a match for previous reports of Paris. And they don't charge any resort fee. So that would be my best guess.
