My guess is Park South Hotel. Because Holiday Inn's parking rate is $45/day and Park South Hotel's is $25/day, which matches the quote on Hotwire. The difference makes sense since Holiday Inn is much close to MSG than Park South Hotel. Park South Hotel is a little far away from subway.

Are you referring to the Park South at 122 E 28th St? If so, this property wouldn't be in the HOTWIRE's Chelsea-MSG zone... it would be in the Empire State zone, so the HOTWIRE offering above would not be the Park South.
