I used the PRICELINE link on the BB site, first time to attempt bidding was today.

Bids

1 - USE 4* - $80

2 - added USW-NobHill - $85

3 - added Civic Center - $90

4 - added Fisherman's Wharf - $95 Accepted!

I booked this for two family members who are very happy with the results. Reviews are mixed on tripadvisor, but many of those are Hilton Honors members not satisfied with the upgrades they did not get. My family will just be happy in a clean hotel in a good location.
