At first I bid $30 for a 3* in Frisco-Plano North area but it was rejected. I added Plano West area and increased to $35 bid.

This was accepted and I won @ $35 a night for 7/2 - 7/4.

I've won several hotels in the Dallas area on PRICELINE "Name Your Own Price" in the (Dallas) Frisco, Richardson, and Park Central areas at $35 and always 3* or higher over the last year.

In these areas $35 and 3* is the a winning combo. Never start out at a higher price or with a lower star-rating.

I just spent 5-nights at this priceline property (paid same price as you) and it was the best value I have received in a long time. Especially when I've spent $55.00 for one-night stays in run-down motels along the interstate. You'll enjoy it.

It was very nice. Well worth the $35 + taxes.

Only minor complaints (if they can be called that) was the cable wasn't very good. Maybe 20 channels total. And there are no microwaves in the rooms.
