This property has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, although I'll guess that it may be the Silver Cloud Inn Broadway with a slightly different amenity set.

That would be my guess too. The Silver Cloud was previously reported with the above amenities minus Pool; at the time, the pool was closed because of the renovations being done on the restaurant.
