Your stay is so far away so it's no use to ID the hotels untill you're ready to book. The reason is that HOTWIRE most likley have changed the inventory and the prices are diffrent.

I would say beginning of March would be a good time. But if you feel you want to do this sooner is that no problem. But just be ready to book when you see a hotel or price you like since inventory/price changes all the time.
