My first bid of $70 for a 3* hotel was rejected. I increased the amount to $80 and added 2.5* as an option, thinking that I would still be on target to the get the Holiday Inn since there was no 2.5* hotel listed on this board. It turns out the Wingate by Wyndham was an option for that area. It is still half the price that it would have cost to book the hotel through the Wingate directly.
