The only amenities listed are Boutique Hotel and High speed internet access.

Unfortunately, this property has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. It may be a downgraded Marrakech, or possibly the Park 79. Do you need to be in this particular area? I think you could possibly get a better deal in Midtown via PRICELINE.
